No doctor-patient relationship
Reading this site, emailing the practice, submitting the inquiry form, or speaking with Dr. Ozdemir by phone does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship begins only after Dr. Ozdemir has accepted a patient into the practice and completed an initial evaluation. Until then, nothing exchanged through this site or its forms is clinical care.
Not an emergency service
Attuna is not a crisis or emergency service, and messages sent through this site are not monitored for urgent needs. If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
